Investment Arbitration Reporter is a news and analysis service focusing on cross-border lawsuits between foreign investors and their host governments. IAReporter specializes in tracking and chronicling so-called investor-state arbitrations. These arbitrations are often-confidential in nature, but may have major financial, legal and policy impacts.

Contributors
Luke Eric Peterson (Editor) has more than a decade of experience tracking and analyzing the international legal and policy regime governing foreign direct investment. He has reported on investment arbitration claims for various media outlets including the Financial Times newspaper. He has conducted specialized research on the foreign investment regime for several agencies of the United Nations (UNDP, UNCTAD), and for a number of other non-governmental research organizations. His work has also appeared in academic and practitioner journals such as the ICSID Review, Stockholm International Arbitration Review, and Arbitration International.
Jarrod Hepburn has been a featured contributor to IAReporter since 2009. He is a doctoral student at the University of Oxford, UK, working on issues of international investment law and arbitration. His writings appear in a range of international law texts published by Cambridge University Press, Kluwer Law International and Edward Elgar, and in academic journals including the Journal of World Investment and Trade. He is qualified to practise law in Australian federal and state jurisdictions.
