NGO produces paper on web-casting of international economic law adjudication

The Centre for International Environmental Law (CIEL) had just published a briefing paper which surveys the use of web-casting technologies by international economic law adjudication bodies. The survey comes on the heels of the successful use of the technology by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in the recent Pacific Rim v. El Salvador arbitration.
