FREE: American Lawyer magazine unveils list of largest arbitrations, and features on Argentine claims and multi-forum cases

The American Lawyer magazine has unveiled its biennial list of large contract-based and treaty-based arbitrations.

Accompanying the lists, are features summarizing the multi-jurisdictional nature of many cross-border arbitration disputes (by Michael Goldhaber) and the spate of investor-state claims filed against Argentina in the aftermath of an earlier financial crisis (by Luke Eric Peterson, Editor of Investment Arbitration Reporter).
